We will start looking from our database for babysitters and nannies who are available and match your requirements. Then we will notify you and arrange a meeting between you and the babysitter. Once you are fine with each other, you can start engaging your babysitter.

 

2. How much does it cost to match a babysitter for you?

A one time fee will be charged to client upon successful referral of nanny.

 

3. Can I request to change my babysitter?

We recommend that you hire the babysitter for at least a month, to allow some lifestyle adjustment for both parties. However, if you find your babysitter is not for you, we will search for another babysitter for you according to your requirements.

 

4. How do you ensure the quality of your recommended babysitter?

We ensure their quality by asking for feedbacks and testimonials from their past clients. Through our effort, we are able to identify the outstanding babysitters who provide top notch babysitting services.

 

5. How soon can I get my babysitter?

This depends on your location and availability of our babysitters. After receiving your enquiry, we shall advise you how soon we can get you a babysitter. It can normally range from 1 day to 2 weeks.
